Development Phase One
The first phase of development is an initial overview of the processes involved. We meet with and interview the individuals targeted to use the automated documents to obtain a thorough understanding of their future needs and expectations as well as any issues with the current system/process being used. Based on this information, mock-ups of dialog boxes are developed and process flow diagrams are produced. Changes to these materials may take place over three to four meetings with the client. The client reviews and signs off on this first phase of the development process for completeness and accuracy.
